Designed for the Medtronic MiniMed Instinct CGM sensor.

Freedom Patches™ by Freedom Band® are soft, flexible adhesive overpatch accessories designed to provide supplemental adhesive coverage around the compatible sensor during everyday and active wear. They can also be used with compatible reusable Freedom Guard™ sensor covers.

How to Apply

1. Apply the Medtronic MiniMed Instinct sensor according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Make sure the surrounding skin is clean and dry.
3. Position a compatible Freedom Guard™ over the sensor if one is being used.
4. Center the Freedom adhesive overpatch around the sensor or compatible guard.
5. Smooth the adhesive outward against the skin and press around the patch.
