Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

Wear it hard. If it breaks, we replace it, for life. Add the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee when you buy a case, guard, dock, base, shuttle, or band, and we'll replace that item any time it cracks, breaks, or wears out. No hassle, and no need to send the broken one back.

How to file a claim (2 minutes)

1. Get claim shipping ($4.95). Get Claim Shipping — $4.95
   This covers packing and shipping your replacement. One per item you're replacing.
2. Email us at admin@bandsfordiabetics.com with the subject Guarantee Claim and include:
   • A photo of the damaged item
   • Your original order number (the one with the guarantee)
   • Your claim shipping order number
   • Your shipping address, if it has changed
3. We ship your replacement. Same item and color when available.

What's covered

• Cracks, breaks, and wear from normal use
• Clips, rails, locks, and release buttons that stop working
• The item(s) the guarantee was purchased for, one guarantee per item

What's not covered

• Adhesive patches, overpatches, and underpatches (these are made to be used up)
• Apparel and gifts
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage to your medical device, sensor, or pump

The fine print, kept simple

• Lifetime means for as long as you own the item. If we stop making it, we'll send the closest current version or store credit for what you paid for the item.
• The guarantee belongs to the original purchaser and order.
• Changed your mind? Cancel within 30 days for a full refund of the guarantee, as long as no claim has been made.
• We may decline claims that look like misuse or abuse of the program.
