Refund policy

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.

For full disclosure, the entire process, start to finish including USPS transit times and busness days can take about 7-21 busness days. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for transactions with Bandsfordiabetics.com/Freedom Band

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please.visit our returns and exchanges center to begin your request. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return in the form of a gift card. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate/card will be emailed to the account holders email address on file.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Your Return Back (RMA)

Do not mail or return an item without filling out an RMA request first. Print and include the RMA form we provide.with the package contents. Packages that arrive without an RMA number written on the outside of the package will be "return to sender". You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise offered or agreed upon. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Estimates are 7-21 business days. Carriers used for shipping are in order. USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Standard carrier weight and rates apply to all order totals and are based on the weight of the item. This does not include promotional offers or coupons. Products we offer per item range between 2 ounces and 14 ounces each and are shipped in concealed and trackable packages. We utilize USPS GEOTrack service to identify delivery drop off points when scanned for your protection and establish a latitude and longitude scan point. This information is reported back to your purchase account on our website. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
