How to Pay With Your Benefits

Choose eligible Freedom Bands, cases, guards, overpatches, underpatches, and other device-specific protection, then add them to your cart.

Proceed to checkout

Proceed to checkout and enter your FSA or HSA card in the payment section just like any other payment card.

Receipt available if needed

Your payment is accepted and processed right away. After your order is delivered, an itemized receipt is available as explained below if your plan administrator requests one.
