Allow the adhesive to activate with your body heat by waiting 6-12 hours before bathing. For best results, we recommend a 12-hour wait whenever possible. Our patented easy side pull removal ensures painless removal, even on sensitive or hairy skin.

Prioritize cleanliness by applying your Freedom Underpatch Tapes to clean, dry skin. Avoid getting wet for 6-12 hours post-application to allow the adhesive ample time to adhere fully. For added peace of mind during heavy activity, utilize our Freedom Band for the Freestyle Libre.

HOW TO USE:

1. Apply our hypoallergenic adhesive barrier to the skin. Custom 3 part EZ Peel backing for application ease. 
2. Apply the Omnipod and attached adhesive over the top of this barrier. The cutout shown is designed to allow room for attachment. 
3. Recommended: Use any favorite brand over patch or the Infiniflex Guard Series or Freedom Band for added overlay coverage as needed to aid with additional adhesion of the CGM & Underpatch.

Application Note: Apply 6-12 hours before bathing for a secure and lasting adhesion by allowing the adhesive to active with the body heat. We suggest 12 hours if able.

LET IT SET: 

It is suggested to apply your Freedom Patch after cleaning the area and on clean dry skin. Avoid bathing or getting wet for 6-12 hours after application to allow the adhesive time to fully adhere to your skin as it binds using your body heat. The longer it sets, the better results you will achieve. Personally we suggest 12 hours. With any adhesive patch, the adhesive properties warm to your skin temperature and seep into the pores of the skin creating an interlocking result on a microscopic level. During this time, you can use your Freedom Band the Omnipod 5, Dash and Eros for best results and peace of mind during heavy activity.
