Medtronic Guardian 3.25" CGM Adhesive Overpatch

Designed for compatible Medtronic Guardian CGM sensors, this 3.25-inch Freedom Overpatch™ provides supplemental adhesive coverage around the sensor and existing adhesive during everyday and active wear.

The soft, flexible skin-feel patch can be worn as an adhesive overpatch around the compatible Guardian sensor or integrated with compatible Freedom Band® protective guard and case systems.

Standalone Adhesive Coverage or Protective Guard System

The Freedom Overpatch™ provides adhesive coverage around the compatible Guardian sensor. It can also be used with compatible reusable Freedom Band® protective covers, allowing the adhesive patch and physical guard to work together as a protection system.

No-Touch 3-Part Application Backing

The No-Touch 3-part backing helps position the 3.25-inch overpatch while minimizing unnecessary contact with the adhesive. Remove the backing sections during application, center the patch around the compatible sensor or guard, then smooth the adhesive outward onto clean, dry skin.

How to Apply Your Medtronic Guardian Overpatch

1. Apply the compatible Medtronic Guardian sensor according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Make sure the surrounding skin is clean and completely dry.
3. Position a compatible Freedom protective guard if one is being used.
4. Use the No-Touch backing to center the Freedom Overpatch™ around the sensor or compatible guard.
5. Smooth the adhesive outward and press around the patch to establish contact with the skin.

For best adhesion, allow the patch time to establish contact before bathing, swimming or heavy activity whenever practical.
