The 3.15-inch round design helps reinforce the sensor’s original adhesive during everyday wear, exercise, sleep, showers and swimming. Its clear, low-profile appearance blends discreetly with every skin tone.

How to Apply the Patch

1. Clean the application area and allow your skin to dry completely.
2. Remove the center backing without touching the exposed adhesive.
3. Carefully position the Freedom Patch™ around or over the Guardian 4 sensor.
4. Remove the remaining backing sections one at a time.
5. Smooth the patch outward from the center.
6. Press firmly around the entire outer edge.

For the strongest adhesion, trim excess body hair before application. Avoid swimming, showering and heavy sweating for 4–6 hours after applying the patch.

How to Remove the Patch

Gently stretch and pull the patch sideways along the skin instead of lifting it straight upward. Baby oil or an adhesive-removal product may help release the patch when needed.
