Freedom Micro Overpatches for Simplera Sync | Full-Circle White Patches

Freedom Micro overpatches for Medtronic Simplera Sync cover your sensor with one complete circle of Premium White microwoven fabric. Apply the patch directly over the sensor and onto the surrounding skin. The rounded-square sensor stays entirely beneath the fabric, including its center.

What's included

Your selected quantity of 10 or 20 Freedom Micro Premium White adhesive overpatches. This is a patch-only reorder listing. The CGM sensor is not included.

How to apply

1. Apply your Simplera Sync sensor according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure the surrounding skin is clean and dry.
2. Hold the split release liner and peel away its first section, keeping fingers off the adhesive.
3. Center the full-circle patch over the entire sensor.
4. Peel away the remaining liner and gently smooth the patch outward onto the surrounding skin.

The adhesive wear rating does not extend your sensor's prescribed wear period. Follow the device manufacturer's instructions.
