If an eligible Freedom product can no longer perform its intended function during normal use, file a claim so our team can review it.
Freedom Bands
Functional failure of the band, connection points, stitching or seams during normal use.
Freedom Guards
Splitting, tearing or structural failure that prevents the reusable guard from functioning as intended during normal use.
Freedom Cases
Breaking, bending or structural failure that prevents the reusable case from securely functioning as intended during normal use.
Clear and Straightforward
The lifetime warranty protects Freedom Cases and Freedom Guards against functional product failure. It is not a replacement plan for products that are lost, intentionally damaged or simply showing normal cosmetic wear.
Generally Covered
- Functional failure during normal intended use
- Broken or failed structural components
- Breaking, bending, splitting or tearing that affects function
- Eligible Cases and Guards owned by the original purchaser
Not Covered
- Loss, theft or intentionally damaged products
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
- Incorrect device selection, improper use or modifications
- Bands beyond 30 days, adhesive patches, medical devices or third-party products
What “lifetime” means: Coverage applies for the useful life of an eligible Freedom Case or Freedom Guard while it is owned by the original purchaser. Approved claims may be replaced with the same or a comparable available item.
Freedom Band 30-Day Limited Warranty: Freedom Bands are covered for 30 days from confirmed delivery against production errors, faulty stitching and seam defects. Dirt, grime, stiffness, stretching, discoloration and normal wear are not covered.

Photograph the complete product and a close view of the area that failed.
Submit the Form
Use the warranty center and provide the requested details. Please do not mail a product before receiving instructions.
FILE A WARRANTY CLAIMImportant: Lifetime coverage applies only to eligible Freedom Cases and Freedom Guards. Freedom Bands have the separate 30-day limited warranty described above. It does not cover, replace or insure a CGM, insulin pump, infusion set or other medical device. Always follow the instructions supplied by the medical-device manufacturer.

Adhesive materials—including patches, overpatches, underpatches and Freedom Fix-It Dots—apparel and other accessories are not covered by this warranty and are not eligible for exchange. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these excluded items are sold as-is and without implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sales of these items are final, except where required by law or when Bands for Diabetics verifies that an incorrect or damaged item was sent because of a fulfillment error.
