Measure the areas you want to wear your Freedom Band. Generally using a waist measurement band, or a piece of string and then laying it on a tape measure.

Example: Arm is 12" Round and Waist is 32" Round. You would order the 10-44" Band. Visit our How To Measure Up FAQ Section if you need assistance.
