Short answer, absolutely not. Our ingredients are specific. We use a careful mix of cotton, elastic, polyester and nylon.
Adjusting The Band
In this answer you will find how to properly size and measure for the all-in-one Freedom Band. It's really easy to do and you can always include your measurements in the order notes to seller portion during the checkout process.

By watching this video from :04 seconds through the :20 second mark, you will see the easy adjustment method as explained below. When you first chose the size, the Freedom Band sent to you will be fully adjustable and fit any size within the chosen size. i.e. 11-44" Inches. We have designed the band to be sleek and not have loose band exposed. Each kit will arrive with two bands that work either alone or together to achieve your sizes.
Lay the active band flat on a table with the Velcro "hook" end facing the UP.
Fold the Band in half and Velcro the band to itself.
Connect each end of the folded Velcro band to each side of the "Freedom Case". If connected right, the Velcro opening will be on the outside of the arm and open away from the user when adjusted. See the video below for visual help.
The adjusted and attached Velcro band should look like it does on the model wearing it in the first 10 seconds of this video below. This same method applies to the other limbs when only ONE BAND of the TWO BANDS provided is used. There is a different step for adding an extra band. See the "How It Works - Waist Adjustment" section.
How It Works
WARRANTY & RETURNS
All Freedom Cases carry a lifetime warranty. If your case has become broken simple fill out the contact us page with your claim request. Provide your order ID and specific color case in question. Photographs and/or a return call tag may be required. If you are able to provide images, it will assist in expediting the process. At anytime you can contact us with questions.
All Freedom Bands carry a limited lifetime warranty against faulty craftmanship. This guarantee does not cover standard wear and tear, expected again, but rather a failure in stitching. Provide your order ID and specific color case in question. Photographs and/or a return call tag may be required. If you are able to provide images, it will assist in expediting the process. At anytime you can contact us with questions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may return the item yourself after receipt of an RMA authorization number from customer service. Please refer to our contact information below to obtain one.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items worn, washed or used in any way. Due to COVID-19, we take our returns process very seriously to protect other diabetics who may come in contact with returned goods that are not in original sealed packaging. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods or hazardous materials.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards. To return a gift card, the process is a digital online credit or refund of any balance remaining.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Each customer who purchases from Bandsfordiabetics.com and it's platforms will receive proof of purchase and delivery confirmation free of charge.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): n/a.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for transactions with Bandsfordiabetics.com/Freedom Band
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return in the form of a gift card. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate/card will be emailed to the account holders email address on file.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise offered or agreed upon. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Estimates are 7-21 business days. Carriers used for shipping are in order. USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Standard carrier weight and rates apply to all order totals and are based on the weight of the item. This does not include promotional offers or coupons. Products we offer per item range between 2 ounces and 14 ounces each and are shipped in consealed and trackable packages. We utilize GEOTrack service to identify delivery drop off points when scanned for your protection. This information is reported back to your purchase account on our website.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
