Order Processing, Production & Shipping
Orders are processed and custom produced in the order they are received. Generally, delivery is expected 3-7 business days from the date of order. Delivery may occur sooner than expected so please plan accordingly. Packages are securely wrapped and will fit in a standard USPS mailbox. Each parcel is concealed in an unmarked, soft / bubble package for safe transit. The contents are itemized in branded packaging and will include a packing slip to account for the package contents. Prices are not included so you can give the gift of a Freedom Band. Pricing can be located at any time by accessing your online account or initial order welcome email.

Priority & Express Delivery
Orders over $75 receive a free upgrade to USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in branded USPS Priority Packaging.
Upgrading your shipping speed does not expedite the order processing of an order. We are unable to expedite this process and generally takes 1-2 busness days for production.
Seasonal Note: (October - December & March - July) There are times during the year where there is seasonal increase in volume or weather and USPS logistical delays during COVID-19, reduced staffing due to social distancing mandates, may cause unforeseen delays in processing and therefore exact delivery times can only be an estimate. This generally ads about 2-3 business days to the standard delivery timeframe in effected USPS hubs.
Every order received goes through a process of verification, preparation, production, packaging, shipping and transfer to the mail carrier. Packages are shipped with USPS first class mail with tracking included free as a part of our dedication to order transparency.

Warranty & Replacement Policy
- Freedom Cases: *Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Freedom Bands: 30 Day Limited Warranty
When a warranty claim is approved, the first replacement will be sent completely free of charge including shipping. *The customer will be responsible for shipping thereafter. The replacement items will be identical in design and color to that of the original order. Pictures are required when a claim is submitted. We do not accept warranty claims through email.
Freedom Cases: Designed with a breakaway and release design to avoid snag or user injury. If it breaks or bends, it's covered, that's our promise to you. Pictures are required and claim must be filed. Claims are processed in 1-2 business days. See below.
Freedom Bands: Warranty coverage against production errors, faulty stitchwork and seams. Pictures are required in the claim process. Dirt, grime and general wear and tear are not covered by this policy. See below.
All Other Products: No Warranty or implied guarantee. I.e. shirts, patches and accessories.

Delayed Orders: If 7 business days have passed and your order has either not been assigned tracking or the USPS tracking information provided has not updated with USPS Shipping information, your order may need attention by a staff member. We have put together a common issues section which may help guide and put you at ease. Of course, please contact customer service. Responses generally take 12-36 hours during business hours M-F 9am-4pm PST.
Cancellations & Order Changes
This process requires 2-3 business days advance notice prior to shipping dispatch. Once an order is placed, any changes or cancellations may be unavailable as the purchased goods may have already shipped. If this is the case we may require the package to be "return to sender", inspected for signs of use and the cancellation will become effective and refunded minus shipping expense once the package is received back. Please be sure to accurately input your shipping and delivery address information. We are unable to edit or change this information for buyer protection and merchant processing requirements. A complete new order will have to be processed to allow our buyer protection fraud screening and merchant requirements to be met.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same brand new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it has been "tried on" this constitutes an open package. Customers can view the package contents without opening the package by viewing the contents through the branded clear "packaging windows" You may return an approved item after receipt of an RMA authorization number from customer service. Please refer to our easy to use return and exchange center to obtain one or for more information. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are case by case approval thereafter. Please allow 5-7 days for RMA approval, allowing time to communicate should we need more information or images.
Freedom Band does not allow specific items from being returned. Items worn (considered intimate, coming in contact or close proximity to open wounds or skin (transmitter puncture site) washed or used in any way. Due to COVID-19, we take our returns/exchanges process very seriously to protect other diabetics who may come in contact with returned goods that are not in original sealed packaging. Our company and staff are also immune compromised and we provide our customers the same protection, we'd expect. Package contents pictures will be required during a requested return process. Product packaging and it's contents are carefully inspected to verify the packaging will arrive back to us in a sealed and unopened state for processing.
We do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods or hazardous materials. Please do not include used bandages or wrappers with your returns.

To expedite an return exchange approval, have the following prepared.

Each customer who purchases from Bandsfordiabetics.com and it's platforms will receive proof of purchase and delivery confirmation free of charge sent to their inbox, account login as well as with the package contents.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): n/a.
Any item not in its original package, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. There are no returns after 30 calendar days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (RMA) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will carefully inspect the contents to ensure they arrived and match the uploaded images sent upon the original return RMA request. We will notify you within 3-5 working days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
For full disclosure, the entire process, start to finish including USPS transit times and busness days can take about 7-21 busness days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for transactions with Bandsfordiabetics.com/Freedom Band
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return in the form of a gift card. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate/card will be emailed to the account holders email address on file.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns Back (RMA)
Do not mail or return an item without filling out an RMA request first. Print and include the RMA form we provide.with the package contents. Package that arrive without an RMA number written on the outside of the package will be "return to sender". To return your product, an RMA must be requested and issued:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise offered or agreed upon. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Estimates are 7-21 business days. Carriers used for shipping are in order. USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Standard carrier weight and rates apply to all order totals and are based on the weight of the item. This does not include promotional offers or coupons. Products we offer per item range between 2 ounces and 14 ounces each and are shipped in concealed and trackable packages. We utilize USPS GEOTrack service to identify delivery drop off points when scanned for your protection and establish a latitude and longitude scan point. This information is reported back to your purchase account on our website.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery and Shipping Of Products:
Production of your new purchase is made specifically for each new customer. The creation process can take 3-5 business days in some cases and busy seasons. Busy seasons are October - December and March -August. USA Delivery will take approximately 3-10 business days depending on your location and is provided by USPS first class and a tracking number will be available in your account as well as emailed to the inbox of your choice.
International Delivery will take approximately 7-25 business days. Bandsfordiabetics.com is not responsible for customs fees. We ship all products from California. Carriers used for shipping are in order. USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation , DHL International with Delivery Confirmation. Bandsfordiabetics, LLC. reserves the right to utilize the shipping carrier that will safely deliver to the region in question. Standard carrier weight and rates apply to all order totals and are based on the weight of the item. This does not include promotional offers or coupons. Products we offer per item range between 2 ounces and 14 ounces each and are shipped in concealed and trackable packages. Depending on what weight the package is, will be the leading factor in the shipping service provided. The customer will not have a choice in the service provided. bandsfordiabetics.com utilize GEOTrack service to identify delivery drop off points when scanned for your protection. This information is reported back to your purchase account on our website. We do not accept returns from international customers.
Customer Cancellation & Restocking Fees
Cancellation of any order while any said purchase is in transit, will first need to be declined upon delivery by the customer/recipient may be subject to a 25% restocking fee upon verification the purchase is in route back to Bandsfordiabetics.com.

Accurate Delivery Address:
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the current address is entered during checkout. Our shipping label process is automated with the USPS carrier label system and has no human interaction. This means the address entered will be the address on the shipping label. Please be sure it is accurate. Buyers are responsible for any reshipment costs if the delivery address is incorrect, so please be mindful of the checkout page forms. General USPS first class rates apply.
