Refresh your adhesive while keeping your reusable Freedom Guard. These replacement overpatches fit the Freedom Guard used with both Eversense and Eversense XL transmitters, in either Classic – Stars & Stripes or Mandala design.

Choose Your Patch Material

• White Polywoven Waterproof / Premium Microwoven White: flexible, breathable, no-fray white fabric. The guard’s color and decorative pattern remain subtly visible through the fine weave.
• Tan (skin texture / non fabric) / Skin Soft Tan: a tan overpatch with a non-fabric, skin-texture finish.
• Patch materials: hypoallergenic, latex-free, and zinc-free.

Designed for Your Freedom Guard

• Compatible with the Freedom Guard for Eversense and Eversense XL.
• Fits both Classic – Stars & Stripes and Mandala guard designs.
• The adhesive overpatch covers the flat guard flange; the flange sits beneath the patch.
• The white microwoven option keeps its fabric texture while letting the guard pattern subtly show through.

Two-Step Release Liner: Peel First, Peel Second

The smooth white backing shown in the photos is the removable release liner.

1. PEEL FIRST: remove the first liner section and attach the patch to the top of the guard flange.
2. PEEL SECOND: remove the remaining liner section and apply the patch to skin.
