This clear Freedom Overpatch™ provides transparent supplemental adhesive coverage around the existing compatible pod adhesive during everyday and active wear.

The waterproof clear film creates a low-profile adhesive overpatch while keeping the pod and surrounding skin visible. Also commonly described as an adhesive pod patch, Omnipod patch, overlay patch, it reinforces the outside edges of the existing pod adhesive from above.

The transparent D-shaped design provides supplemental adhesive coverage around the compatible Omnipod 5 or Omnipod Dash pod while keeping the device accessible. The clear appearance provides an alternative to opaque fabric overpatches for customers who prefer a lower-profile look.

This is a pod overpatch, not a CGM sensor patch. It is shaped to reinforce the adhesive area around a compatible Omnipod 5 or Omnipod Dash pod during everyday movement and activity.

Overpatch vs. Underpatch

This clear Overpatch goes over and around the existing compatible Omnipod 5 or Omnipod Dash adhesive to reinforce the outside edges. An Underpatch serves a different purpose and sits on the skin beneath compatible device adhesive as a physical barrier accessory.
