Freedom Micro Overpatches for Pump Cannulas are adhesive accessories that add a soft, flexible layer of adhesive support over your infusion-set housing and surrounding skin. Each 2-inch round patch uses Premium White microwoven fabric with full-circle coverage and no center hole. No Freedom Guard is required. Choose 10 or 20 patches. Designed for compatible infusion sites connected to an insulin pump. Patches only. Pump, infusion set, tubing and cannula not included.

Helps redirect tubing tugs away from the infusion site. With the tubing routed beneath the patch, the overpatch is designed to help transfer pulling force toward its outer adhesive area and spread it across the surrounding skin, rather than concentrating the pull at the cannula site.

Infusion-set compatibility guide

This flexible overpatch is intended for pump cannula and infusion sites connected to a tubed insulin pump. The model families below help you identify your set. Before use, confirm that the 2-inch patch reaches the surrounding skin and that its placement allows the tubing and connection to function as intended. The list describes infusion sites, not interchangeable pump connectors.

Check the site, not just the pump name: housing size, tubing exit and disconnect access vary by infusion set. For two-site steel sets, each adhesive site is separate; one patch is not intended to span both. This is an infusion-site overpatch, not a cover for an entire tubeless pod.

Easy application

1. Apply and connect your infusion set according to its manufacturer's instructions. Start with clean, dry surrounding skin.
2. Check placement before removing the backing. Center the patch over the housing with enough adhesive reaching the surrounding skin.
3. Peel one part of the split release liner, position the patch, then remove the remaining backing and smooth the fabric gently outward.
4. Keep tubing free of kinks, pulling or compression, and preserve the access required for your set's connection and disconnection.

Infusion-set wear comes first: the adhesive material is rated for up to 15 days, but that does not extend the wear time of your cannula, infusion set or site. Replace the set and patch on the device manufacturer's schedule, or sooner when needed.
