Why Micro?

Small by design. Clean. Simple. Effective. Micro describes both our lightweight microwoven fabric and our smallest overpatch option for FreeStyle Libre 3. Precisely sized for compact coverage and minimal overhang, it keeps the patch small, light and comfortable.

• Hypoallergenic, latex-free and zinc-free Premium White microwoven fabric.
• Eight-way flexible: lightweight, comfortable fabric that moves with you.
• Breathable and moisture-wicking for everyday comfort.
• 15-day adhesive for effective adhesive support.
• No-touch, easy application: hold the easy-peel, two-part backing and remove it in sections to keep fingers off the adhesive.
• Made in the USA.

• Two reusable guards: choose your first and second colors independently.
• Full-circle Micro overpatch: covers the entire guard and sensor, with no center cutout.
• 15-day adhesive: Premium White hypoallergenic microwoven fabric.
• Split release liner: a two-part backing for controlled placement.
• Choose your patch supply: 2, 10, or 20 white Micro patches with every two-guard set.

What's included

2 reusable Freedom Guards in your selected colors, plus your selected quantity of Premium White Freedom Micro overpatches. CGM sensor not included.

Choose your colors

Black Matte Onyx, Awareness Blue Crystal, Quartz Crystal Clear, Violet Purple Crystal, Pink Quartz Crystal, and Light-Activated Glow. The Light-Activated Glow guard is green in normal light and glows green in darkness after exposure to light. There is no white guard option. The overpatch is always white.

How the Micro patch fits

The sensor sits in the guard's center opening. The full-circle white fabric covers both the sensor and the entire guard, while the guard's shape and flange pattern remain subtly visible through the weave. The split is in the release liner only; the fabric is one complete circle.
