This Freedom Band® starter kit includes everything needed to help secure and protect your compatible FreeStyle Libre sensor during everyday activity. It is the ultimate Libre companion—your on-call wingman whenever extra protection is needed. Every Freedom Band we create is made in the USA with close attention to detail and built for real life with diabetes.

Our multi-length band system and patented Freedom Case design allow you to wear and protect your compatible Libre CGM and adhesive on recommended limb locations measuring 4–26 inches in circumference. The adjustable system provides a comfortable, flexible fit across that entire range.

Our one-of-a-kind sleek design helps secure the sensor and its adhesive against the body. We even included a viewing window for your favorite decorative decal. There is no second clasp and no long, loose band end to overlap or get in the way.

The 1-inch-wide Active Hook-and-Loop Band uses genuine VELCRO® Brand materials and is designed to fit limb circumferences from 4 to 26 inches.

Sizing is easy: Wrap a piece of string around the area where you plan to wear the Freedom Band. Mark where the string meets, then lay it flat against a ruler or measuring tape. If the measurement is between 4 and 26 inches, the included band system can be adjusted to fit.

Each starter kit includes two band sections. Use the primary band by itself for smaller circumferences, or connect the second band with the included cinch clip to extend the fit up to 26 inches, including every size in between.
