Designed for Omnipod 5 and Omnipod Dash tubeless insulin pump pods, this clear Freedom Overpatch™ provides transparent supplemental adhesive coverage around the existing pod adhesive during everyday and active wear.

The waterproof clear film creates a low-profile insulin pump adhesive overpatch while keeping the pod and surrounding skin visible. Also commonly described as an adhesive pod patch, Omnipod patch, overlay patch or protective patch, it reinforces the outside edges of the existing pod adhesive from above.

This is an insulin pump pod overpatch, not a CGM sensor patch. It is shaped to reinforce the adhesive area around a compatible Omnipod 5 or Dash pod during everyday movement and activity.

Overpatch vs. Underpatch

This clear Overpatch goes over and around the existing compatible Omnipod adhesive to reinforce the outside edges. An Underpatch serves a different purpose and sits on the skin beneath compatible device adhesive as a physical skin barrier.
