Freedom Underpatch for Eversense | Oval Skin Barrier Patch

A little layer. More freedom.

Meet the Freedom Underpatch™ for Eversense—a white oval barrier patch that sits between your skin and the Eversense adhesive. Its larger oval shape creates a separate skin-contact layer while keeping the Eversense adhesive fully inside the underpatch's edge.

Your Eversense on top. Your Freedom Underpatch underneath. A clean, simple fit that leaves the transmitter uncovered.

Made to fit your everyday routine

• Oval barrier coverage: designed to sit beneath the Eversense adhesive, with a visible border around it.
• White microwoven polyester: a lightweight, flexible layer with a clean finish.
• Latex-free, zinc-free and hypoallergenic: thoughtfully selected patch material. Individual skin responses can still vary.
• Up to 15-day underpatch wear: the wear rating applies to the Freedom Underpatch only; actual wear time varies with skin, activity and care.
• Your choice of pack: Single, 10 Count or 20 Count.

How to apply your Freedom Underpatch

Layer order: Skin → Freedom Underpatch barrier patch → Eversense adhesive and smart transmitter → optional Eversense & Eversense XL Freedom Guard.

1. Start with clean, dry skin. Prepare the area where you wear your Eversense transmitter, following your Eversense system's instructions.
2. Apply the barrier patch first. Remove the Freedom Underpatch backing, place the oval patch on your skin and gently smooth it flat.
3. Add your Eversense. Apply the Eversense adhesive and smart transmitter over the barrier patch according to the device manufacturer's instructions. Keep the entire Eversense adhesive within the oval underpatch's edges and follow the Eversense placement guidance.
4. Add optional protection. Finish with the Eversense & Eversense XL Freedom Guard and its compatible overpatch, following the Guard's application instructions.

The Freedom Underpatch sits beneath the Eversense adhesive. The optional Freedom Guard adds protection over the transmitter.

Wear and care

Apply to clean, completely dry skin and follow the supplied underpatch directions together with your Eversense instructions. The underpatch's 15-day rating does not extend the replacement schedule for the Eversense adhesive or change transmitter care. Eversense instructs users to replace its disposable adhesive daily; follow the guidance for your specific system.

Consider trying a small area of patch material before first use. Remove the patch if irritation develops. Wear time varies, and hypoallergenic does not mean a reaction is impossible.
