Replacement Request - Warranty Claim

To be approved and receive free shipping, you must have also filled out the warranty claim form to allow customer service the ability to cross reference your claim and required pictures of your warranty item in question.  Orders placed without a completed claim must pay shipping or will be canceled.  The only way we can identify your item is by checking the claim submissions and picture provided of the item in question.

Order replacement processing is expedited and will be rush-processed. Please ensure you fully complete the form and checkout. 

First time claims cost: Zero. We will pay for the entire replacement, including shipping. Note: This coupon will only work one time per customer account. 

Claims that have been honored before still receive the replacement at no cost. Customers will be responsible for the shipping only, thereafter.  This charge will be no more than $3.90 USD and will be shipped via USPS with tracking service.
