Using one of the two bands provided, move your CGM from the arm, to the forearm. Add the extra band included and move easily to your thighs to calves, chest to the tummy to the waist and upper buttocks. Measure the areas you want to wear your Freedom Band. Generally using a waist measurement band, or a piece of string and then laying it on a tape measure.
